Job Description (Summary)
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for securing new property and facility management briefs, managing leases, and ensuring return on investment for clients. You will also handle service charge budgets, client retention, and provide administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless property management operations.

Strong understanding of the Lagos Real Estate Market. | Professional appearance and demeanor. | Exceptional organizational and people management skills. |
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. | Ability to prepare and manage service charge budgets effectively. |
Strong relationship management and networking skills. |
