Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Surveyor at Trucrete Solutions Limited.
• The Project Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, preparing reports, advising on technical matters, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys for construction projects, including topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones to gather accurate data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate site measurements.
• Verify and update site plans to ensure they align with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in project site data and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Supervise junior surveyors and provide guidance where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Land Surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Land Surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Surveying, Mapping, and Report Writing skills
• Technical knowledge in Engineering and Construction
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in project surveying
