Project Support Staff - Adhoc

Department: Business Development
Reports to: Head of Operations

Responsibilities
- Preparation of physical files/ document for scanning
- Scanning of files/ documents
- Conversion of scanned files to electronic copies
- Documentation of scanned files/ documents
- Research and Development
- Upload of scanned files/ documents into electronic storage device
- Collaboration with project implementation team
- Provide project administrative supports
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
- Candidate should be available for an immediate start
- Business development experience
- Experience working with office equipment especially document scanners
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration skills
- Content creation and development
- Good Presentation Skill
- Good team Player
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
