Department: Business Development
Reports to: Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Preparation of physical files/ document for scanning
• Scanning of files/ documents
• Conversion of scanned files to electronic copies
• Documentation of scanned files/ documents
• Research and Development
• Upload of scanned files/ documents into electronic storage device
• Collaboration with project implementation team
• Provide project administrative supports

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
• Candidate should be available for an immediate start
• Business development experience
• Experience working with office equipment especially document scanners
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaboration skills
• Content creation and development
• Good Presentation Skill
• Good team Player
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
