Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Supervisor at our Lagos and Abuja offices.
• As a Project Supervisor at Floorkraft, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various flooring projects to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate flooring projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create project layouts and plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
• Engineering (Civil and Mechanical) background
• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the construction or flooring industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is an advantage.
