Project Site Manager at Aazik Homes

• AAZIK Homes is looking for a skilled Project Site Manager to take charge of the execution and delivery of our residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires hands-on leadership on construction sites, coordinating teams, materials, and timelines to ensure top-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites
• Supervise contractors, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors for smooth project flow
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliver regular progress updates
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
• Oversee procurement and liaise with regulatory authorities on permits and inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years post-NYSC experience in real estate or construction project management
• Strong track record managing large-scale projects and site teams
• Excellent planning, leadership, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of construction software is a plus
