AAZIK Homes is looking for a skilled Project Site Manager to take charge of the execution and delivery of our residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires hands-on leadership on construction sites, coordinating teams, materials, and timelines to ensure top-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites
Supervise contractors, materials, equipment, and site logistics
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors for smooth project flow
Track budgets, timelines, and deliver regular progress updates
Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
Oversee procurement and liaise with regulatory authorities on permits and inspections
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Architecture, or related field
7+ years post-NYSC experience in real estate or construction project management
Strong track record managing large-scale projects and site teams
Excellent planning, leadership, and reporting skills
