Qualification

• Degree level is the benchmark or equivalent experience, skills and aptitudes.
• A degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
• PMP is essential.
• Professional memberships of relevant professional bodies or working towards membership are an advantage

Skills

• Experience in delivering high rise (minimum of 10 floors) residential and commercial building fit-out.
• Demonstrable experience in managing the design process.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and building regulations.
• Construction buildability knowledge.
• Understanding of contract types.
• In-depth understanding of design documentation.
• In-depth technical knowledge of specifications and construction tolerance.
• In-depth technical knowledge of fit-out, finishes and close out.
• Ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with the trades, team and clients design team to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet key deadlines.
• To take responsibility for ensuring safe working practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
