Project Manager at RS Hunter Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure clear communication, collaboration, and task delegation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Lead and manage all phases of property development from initial design and planning to project completion and handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide management with regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
• Ensure that all projects meet industry standards, legal requirements, and company quality standards. Oversee inspections and approvals at each phase.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with the approved budget. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within property development, construction, or real estate.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret complex data, budgets, and project schedules. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
