Coordinate and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure clear communication, collaboration, and task delegation.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Lead and manage all phases of property development from initial design and planning to project completion and handover.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide management with regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
Ensure that all projects meet industry standards, legal requirements, and company quality standards. Oversee inspections and approvals at each phase.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with the approved budget. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within property development, construction, or real estate.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interpret complex data, budgets, and project schedules. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
