Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Timelines and Deliverables: Manage project schedules, milestones, and outcomes using tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, AWS Project Manager, or Google Workspace. Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct Quality Assurance Testing: Perform in-depth QA testing with tools like BrowserStack and Postman to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Identify and address issues promptly to uphold product quality.
• Facilitate Communication and Resolve Blockers: Act as a central communication point using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, addressing team challenges and ensuring smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative environment for all stakeholders.
• Manage Agile Workflows: Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure team alignment with project goals.
• Optimize Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve processes for better productivity, resource allocation, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Agile project management and QA testing processes across various projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Google Workspace for effective project tracking and team collaboration.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate teams, manage expectations, and ensure clarity in workflows.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows is highly desirable.
