Program Development & Implementation
Design and develop training programs that align with industry needs and SoftPal CSSL’s strategic goals.
Ensure effective delivery of assigned projects.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, instructor coordination, and learner engagement.
Identify risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
