Project Manager at I-Sense Ville Consult

I-SenseVille Consults is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate company renowned for delivering high-end luxury residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of luxury real estate projects from concept to completion.

Salary: 700,000 Monthly (Net)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of premium building construction projects. 
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessments, and quality benchmarks. 
3. Establish clear project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. 
5. Manage relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, collaboration and allocation of resources. 
6. Provide regular updates to the senior management and clients on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
7. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets. 
8. Approve and track expenditures, invoices, and financial reports. 
9. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
10. Anticipate and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
11. Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards throughout project phases. 
12. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of workmanship. 
13. Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors. 
14. Ensure all contractual obligations are met within agreed-upon timelines. 
15. Address and resolve any contractual disputes promptly and professionally.
16. Provide expert guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and technologies suitable for premium building projects. 
17. Review and approve project designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with the vision. 
18. Oversee on-site operations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications in Project Management are an advantage).
2. 8 - 10 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years managing high-value premium construction projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and design specifications for luxury buildings.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong advantage.
