Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve project designs and engineering specifications.
• Resolve technical issues and maintain quality control throughout execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Registration with COREN or equivalent professional body is desirable.
