Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. (master's degree a plus).
Candidate must possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field, with proven success in leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
Experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in an innovative and creative team-oriented office and field/site environment from time to time.
Must be adept at organizational, business acumen, time management, product deployment and communication skills.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio), PowerBl, Tableau & Google Analytics.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills effectively with various levels of management and staff.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and use project management tools.
