Job Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and resolve risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare progress reports and final project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP and COREN is compulsory 
• M.Sc is an added advantage.
