The Project Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of our youth empowerment programs, ensuring high-impact initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in coordinating complex logistics, managing resource life cycles, and executing project strategies that align with our mission of child rights protection and vocational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of youth empowerment programs to ensure high-impact results are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Oversee the end-to-end management of project resources and logistics to streamline operations and ensure maximum efficiency.
Drive the integrity of project records by ensuring meticulous documentation and continuous progress monitoring against organizational benchmarks.
Act as the primary liaison between teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to maintain total alignment with organizational goals.
Execute rigorous oversight to ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, child rights protections, and internal objectives
Requirements
Strong skills in Project Management to lead and deliver impactful programs effectively.
Competence in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure project resources and timelines are efficiently managed.
Experience in Expeditor tasks, such as coordinating processes and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with Inspection standards and practices in project execution.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
Proficiency in organizational and communication skills.
A background in nonprofit organizations, child development, or community service is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
