Project Manager- Adamawa at Don Quester Consulting

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager with a strong agricultural background to coordinate and manage agricultural projects across Adamawa. The ideal candidate will also support grant writing, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the company’s agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute agricultural projects including tractor rentals, small-scale equipment sales, and seed development programs.
• Write competitive grants and manage funded agricultural initiatives.
• Develop workplans, monitor KPIs, and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with donors, farmers, and agricultural cooperatives.
• Support marketing and business development efforts in the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in the agricultural sector.
• Familiarity with grant writing and donor-funded projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across project sites in Adamawa as needed.
