Completing any tasks assigned by the Head of Projects/Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
Managing the planning and development of projects.
Determining the resources needed.
Supporting the coordination of the resources.
Researching information as required.
Eliminating blockers and potential risks.
Performing tasks such as preparing Project procedures, Invoices, Schedule, S-Curves, Cost control follow-up, Variation orders, Minutes of Meeting, Request of Quotation for Vendors and Subcontractors etc.
Preparation of Materials Take-off
Being able to review of P&ID, Structural and Isometric drawings
Keeping track of project progress, ensuring adherence to project timeline and calendar.
Facilitating communications between office and field staff.
Scheduling meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.
Maintaining positive Subcontractor/Vendors and client relationships.
Entering information into and manage the digital project databases
Ensuring project adheres to a set schedule and is meeting the goals of the client
Being familiar with COMPANY internal software
Being familiar with Oil and Gas Industry, piping, structure and equipment
To carry out duties in a safe manner by taking responsibility for my own health and safety and that of the people who may be affected by my actions.
