Project Coordinator at Bluesquad Limited

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day - to - day management of an ICT project in a Tertiary Institution
• Develop and maintain cordial relationshipwith theManagement of the Institution and provide guidance.
• Plan and organize programs and projects that will give the organization more visibility onthe Campus
• Ensure that project progress ismade available,providing feedback to the project managers, project teams and other staff as necessary
• Identify other areas of business opportunities in the school and convert itto source of revenue for the organization
• To monitor the progress of a project against agreed and documented time and budget targets while ensuring appropriate quality standards are maintained
• Carry out other tasks assigned.

Academic Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable institution
• Must have 2 - 3 years working experience in the same.
• Preferably Female.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational and an ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to represent the organization in dealings with external clients.
