Role Overview

The Project Architect & Designer will be responsible for developing, detailing, and implementing architectural designs that align with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves managing architectural aspects of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Documentation

• Create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare building models, design drawings, structure plans, and construction documents.
  Analyse architectural designs and ensure compliance with government regulations and building codes.
• Implement all architectural project phases, including design, documentation, and construction administration.

Project Coordination & Supervision

• Guide the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to approved designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain accuracy in architectural details.
• Undertake site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  Provide timely updates on project status and completion timelines to management and clients.
