Project Architect at AIM Consultants

JOB PURPOSE:-

To oversee all architectural components on-site, ensuring that construction aligns with approved drawings, design intent, and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with the engineers, builders, and contractors to manage the day-to-day implementation of architectural elements. 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
2. Conduct regular site inspections and provide direction on architectural matters to the site team.
3. Review and approve material samples and architectural submittals.
4. Identify and resolve design discrepancies or construction issues in real-time.
5. Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Prepare and submit supervision reports, including photographic evidence, comments, and observations.
7. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project quality standards.
8. Assist in evaluating work progress and quality during construction phases.
9. Attend site and coordination meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Master\'s Degree in Architecture 
2. ARCON Registration and valid Practice License
3. NIA Membership
