Programmes Coordinator at HR-on-Wheels

Role Summary

• Support the planning and delivery of programmes including workshops, film screenings, book clubs, library and community initiatives, with growth into a Programmes Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, workshops, and community programmes
• Manage logistics (venues, vendors, facilitators, materials, tech)
• Support non-lending library operations
• Track participation, feedback, and budgets
• Maintain calendars, SOPs, and programme reports

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years in programme coordination/events/operations
• Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to travel between Lagos and Ibadan
• Comfortable with Google Workspace & project tools
• Passion for growth and social impact

Preferred:

• Experience in nonprofit or cultural/education sector
• Community/event coordination experience
• Interest in Nigerian cultural and indigenous knowledge systems

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
