What you'll do

• At Ubulu Africa, you will design, implement, and manage innovation programs, and ecosystem-building initiatives that drive sustainable impact. You will coordinate program planning and execution, engage with key stakeholders—including startups, corporate partners, and funders—oversee budgets, track and evaluate program outcomes, and support fundraising efforts. Collaborating with internal teams, you will enhance program visibility, improve operational efficiency, and represent Ubulu Africa in industry events and strategic forums.

Skills & requirements you should have

We're looking for a Programme Manager with 3+ years of experience in program management, project execution, or ecosystem support roles, preferably in innovation, tech, or entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience in program design, fundraising, and risk management.
