Job Summary

• As A Programme Manager, you will develop and implement strategic plans for the delivery of innovative solutions, in alignment with the company's mission and objectives and define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources effectively to support project execution, balancing workload and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and expertise for project delivery.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 Years in programme management within the fintech industry or related sectors, delivering government projects is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
