Program Officer at Zeedlabs System Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver startup programs including incubation, capacity building, and innovation initiatives from planning to execution.
• Support founders by managing onboarding, engagement, and access to mentors, resources, and learning opportunities.
• Organize and manage program activities such as workshops, demo days, training, and community events.
• Liaise with mentors, facilitators, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
• Track program progress, collect feedback, and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and impact.
• Support day-to-day program operations, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2 –3 years’ experience in program coordination, startup support, innovation hubs, NGOs, or ecosystem development.
• Strong interest in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
