Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement environmental sustainability and climate change programs.
• Secure funding for environmental sustainability and climate resilience projects.
• Advocate for policies promoting environmental protection and climate resilience through stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct research to inform strategies on environmental trends and climate risks.
• Establish collaborations with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to enhance program impact.
• Track and report on program progress, ensuring goals and objectives are achieved.
• Design proposals and secure donor commitments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field.
• At least 4years of experience in resource mobilization for environmental programs.
• Proven Experience in Multi-Donor Management
• Strong Analytical and Research Skills
• Proficiency in Donor Management Systems and Tools.
