Program Manager at Renaissance Innovation Labs

Job Summary:

• As the Programs Manager at Renaissance Innovation Labs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our training programs, building strategic partnerships, and driving internal affairs such as internships and understudy programs.
• This multifaceted position requires a creative and tech-savvy professional who can effectively manage diverse initiatives, from educational bootcamps to community engagement events.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Management:

• Oversee all training programs, including Tech Bootcamp, Kids Summer Camp, Kids Code Club, Advance Tech Training, etc.
• Develop, plan, and execute engaging and innovative training activities.

Grant Acquisition and Sponsorship:

• Generate grants, sponsorships, and partnerships to support RIL's training programs.
• Cultivate relationships with potential sponsors and funding organizations.

Internal Affairs: Internship and Understudy Program:

• Create and manage engaging tech activities for interns, ensuring a valuable learning experience.
• Coordinate the Internship and Understudy Program, including recruitment and mentorship.

Tech Trends and Eco Systems Analysis:

• Stay updated on tech trends, ecosystems, and communities.
• Identify opportunities for technological events, meetups, and partnerships beneficial to RIL and the tech community.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Initiate, plan, and execute profitable events and training sessions aligned with RIL's objectives.
• Ensure events contribute to the overall growth and success of RIL.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Proven experience in program management, preferably in a tech-related field.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, trends, and ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative training programs.
• Event planning and execution experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
