Job Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for the organization. He/she will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
- Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities
Program Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or other managerial position
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of Master’s degree in relevant field
