    Program Development and Training Lead

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Development and Training Lead.
    • This position plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with organizational goals.
    • The successful candidate will lead the creation of innovative programs, manage training initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Program Development:

    • Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet organizational objectives.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for program improvement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.

    Training Management:

    • Lead the planning and execution of training initiatives, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training materials.
    • Oversee the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, venues, and participant communication.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training programs into broader organizational strategies.
    • Engage with partners and clients to understand their training needs and customize programs accordingly.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and implement quality assurance processes for training content and delivery.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

    Resource Management:

    • Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.

    Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trainers and program development specialists.
    • Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

    Core Skills and Competencies:

    • Knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
    • Familiarity with technology-based learning solutions and e-learning platforms.
    • Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
    • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Training and Development, Business, or similar).
    • Proven experience in program development and training, with a focus on adult learning principles.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience in a training or educational context.
