Program and Community Outreach Manager at WootLab

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor programs that align with the NGO's mission and SDG targets.
• Engage with local communities to identify needs and ensure inclusive participation in programs.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Prepare reports and case studies showcasing program impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SDG-related projects is an added advantage.
