Operations and Compliance:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, monitoring sales and expenses.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and control costs.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.
• Maintain sales records and track cash receipts.

Customer Service and Marketing:

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 per month.
