We are seeking a creative and visionary content creator/Director based in Abuja, to lead the creative direction of our fashion brand. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the fashion industry, a strong design aesthetic, and the ability to manage a creative team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

• Develop and oversee the brand’s creative vision across campaigns, photoshoots, and visual content.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with the brand’s ethos and target audience.

Campaign Development:

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that differentiate the brand.

Photoshoot Direction:

• Plan and direct photoshoots, ensuring visuals align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and models to produce high-quality imagery.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and other creatives.
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure the team produces exceptional work.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, social media, and product development teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
• Partner with external agencies or freelancers when necessary to enhance creative output.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Incorporate trends into creative strategies while maintaining brand authenticity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be based in Abuja.
• Experience in high quality iPhone video creation.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation &  direction, with at least 1 years in the premium fashion or lifestyle industry.
• A Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, campaign development, and brand identity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, premium branding, photography, styling, and visual direction merchandising.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan & manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with video production and editing tools such as CapCut , premier pro  or After Effects.
• Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands.
