Professional Assistant - Apapa Bulk Terminal FZE at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

To provide high-level executive support and ensure the efficient operation of the Executive’s office. 

THE JOB 

• Prepare presentations, letters, memos, organise statistical reports and dispatch as appropriate.  
• Coordinate bookings and travel arrangements - transport and accommodation.  
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.  
• Maintain adequate lateral and vertical communication with all staff associated with the executive office.  
• Support business development/representing the executive’s office at meetings, presentations, etc.  
• Coordinate vendor sourcing and ensure the effective execution of management projects.  
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for quick access to records. 

THE PERSON MUST 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.   
• Ability to multitask  
• Excellent problem-solving skills. 

QUALIFICATION 

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. 

EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
