Production Worker at Bolin Bakeries

Job Description
We are Recruiting production workers for the Mixing, Baking and Packaging Departments in the following capacities:

• Assistant Mixer
• Assistant Baker
• Assistant Packager

Responsibilities
For the Mixing Department (Assistant Mixer):

• Ensuring that the dough is scaled properly according to the specification provided by the Management
• Ensuring that the dough are divided according to specification
• Ensuring that dough are rubbed according to specification
• Ensuring that the pan are adequately covered
• Ensuring the hyqiene of the equipments and the mixing environment
• Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
• Observing clean as you work policy

For the Baking Department (Assistant Baker):

• Ensuring that the loaves are depanned on time
• Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
• Observing clean as you work policy
• Ensuring hot loaves are carried with utmost caution and in due manner
• Ensuring that the baking session is cleaned and neated organised

For the Packaging Department (Assistant Packager):

• Ensuring that loaves as at when due
• Ensuring all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
• Observing clean as you work policy
• Ensuring hot loaves are carried with utmost caution and in due manner.

General Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an S.S.C.E / OND / HND qualification with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N25,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
