Job Details

• Ensures optimal allocation and full utilization of resources available to reduce downtime and keep the factory running.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs that will ensure the achievement of planned production targets using the most cost-effective strategies
• Ensures the records of all maintenance activities are effectively maintained such that will enhance effective management and information generation.
• Supervises all technicians in the maintenance department
• Maintain overall utilities equipment
• Initiate strategies that will ensure continuous high levels and preventive and corrective maintenance in the factory
• Ensures that operative procedures are followed such that will ensure the achievement of the planned production targets using the most cost effective strategies.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
