Job Summary

• We are looking for a production supervisor, who will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
• This role involves leading and motivating production teams, optimizing production processes, and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to production teams.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in production supervision or manufacturing management in a textile company
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
