Production Supervisor at Grand Oak Limited

Job Description

• To supervise the Human component, material, and equipment to ensure efficient production processes, optimal resource utilization, and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and supervise the production processes and performance for smooth and efficient operations to meet daily production targets and minimize downtime.
• Manage daily plan of SKU allocated and utilize human resources, material, and equipment to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee the implementation of GHK and GMP to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and motivate machine engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and high performance.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as output, quality, and efficiency, to provide data-driven insight for informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and strategic planning for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Minimum B.Sc./ HND in Engineering or science-related field
• Minimum requirement: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
