Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong sewing skills, the ability to review patterns, and the capacity to supervise various aspects of garment production, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resourcefulness: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and manage resources effectively.
• Pattern Review: Review patterns made by external pattern makers for accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervision: Oversee production processes, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Cutting: Ensure precise cutting of fabrics according to patterns.
• Staff Welfare: Promote and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring staff welfare.
• Sourcing Fabric: Source and procure high-quality fabrics and accessories as needed.
• Staff Training: Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality in all garments produced.
• High Sewing Skills: Demonstrate exceptional sewing skills and craftsmanship.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for tracking production metrics, inventory, and other relevant data.
• Computer Literacy: Be proficient in using computers and relevant software.
• Smart and Proactive: Exhibit smart, proactive, and strategic thinking in daily operations.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum OND
• Proven experience in garment production and supervision.
• Strong sewing skills and ability to review and draft patterns.
• Proficiency in using Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
