About the Role

• We’re looking for a hands-on Production Officer to oversee daily operations in a footwear manufacturing unit. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Plan and oversee production schedules to meet targets.
• Team Supervision: Coordinate workers in cutting, sewing, packaging, cementing, or injection processes.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet strict quality standards, addressing defects proactively.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor machinery, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and train staff on protocols.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track production efficiency, defect rates, and material usage for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision (footwear or related manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
