Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all bakery machines and components
• Ensure meeting of production timelines
• High quality of product outputs
• Production process management
• Supervisory role

Requirements
Qualification:

• HND / B.Sc Degree  in Production or Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering-related courses

Other Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience from a biscuits/cookies production company
• Extensive knowledge in biscuits and baking equipment and machinery management
• Basic experience in the installation, repairs and maintenance of diverse bakery machines

Other Conditions:

• They must be very hardworking, target-oriented, and with a high level of integrity
• Ideal candidates should presently reside in the Onitsha axis or can easily procure accommodation.
• He must preferably have worked or is currently working in a key cookies or bakery company with organized systems and procedures

Skill Set:

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Attention to details
• Leadership skills
