Production Manager at Orange Drugs

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the production processes and product storage comply with the requirements of cGMP, by checking facility maintenance, machines, and equipment as well as coordinating with the engineering team for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure the operation runs properly without loss of time, or accident, through collaboration with HSE person to identify the risk, and implement controls.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in the production area, such as 5S, and continual improvement.
• Work closely with PPIC on the production schedule, to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. 
• Plans, organizes, and directs day-to-day operations to meet the company’s expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in the production area, such as 5S, and continual improvement.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standards and practices are adhered to.
• Work closely with PPIC on the production schedule, to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. 

Qualification 

• Licensed Pharmacist
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical production with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• A master's degree will be an added advantage.
