Responsibilities

• Must have experience managing a bakery
• Must understand factory operations
• Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Sanitation.
• Supervise and coordinate the activity of staff in the bakery
• Monitor and manage wastage and use of production materials

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3-years work experience as a bakery manager.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment/ under pressure.
