Production Manager at Foteino Talento

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
• 5–6 years' experience in fashion production, garment manufacturing, or bridal operations.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, cutting, sewing, and quality control.
• Experience managing production teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end garment production process.
• Manage production schedules, teams, and workflow.
• Ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production staff.
• Prepare production reports and drive continuous process improvements.
