You will have the following Responsibilities but not limited to:
Organize and oversee the running of the factory.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Determine the amount of necessary resources(workforce, raw materials etc.)
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
Report to upper management.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a production worker.
Outstanding communication ability.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
Open to learning.
Education
OND in Business Administration or a related field.
Accommodation and feeding will be provided.
