Product Trainer at Willers Solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide product training workshops specific to promoters and brand ambassadors.
• Attend trainer meetings
• Development, revision, and optimization of training material, technical instructions web-based training material
• Partner with Sales Management to uncover and assess training needs of customers and sales professionals for all assigned products and solutions
• Track, measure, and evaluate training programs to demonstrate value and educate others on plans and results
• Participation in the development of training courses about the product strategy of the company
• The implementation of measures aimed at improving the recognition and loyalty of shopping, purchasing, and management staff of partner companies brands and products of the company (exhibitions, symposiums, workshops, cooking shows, outdoor events)
• Design, prepare, produce, and deliver training packages at an appropriate level in line with contracted customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Adult Education, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years related working experience as an electronics product trainer.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills, public speaking experience is required
• Possess high energy and drive to achieve results.
