• We are looking for a Male Product Supervisor with integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to oversee our production process, specifically focusing on chemicals and other related products.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that our products are produced and packaged to the highest standards, while also driving innovation and meeting market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production process to ensure products are manufactured according to the required standards.
• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production cycle, ensuring all products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Oversee product packaging to ensure it is visually appealing, functional, and in line with market trends and standards.
• Conduct research to develop new products, improve existing ones, and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize the manufacturing process and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to chemical handling and production.
• Source and recommend materials for improved packaging and product quality.
• Regularly assess market trends and competitors to make recommendations for product adjustments or new launches.
• Defend and advocate for the product in meetings, pitches, and external engagements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in production.
• Provide detailed reports on production progress, challenges, and successes to management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to production or packaging and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in production supervision or a related field, preferably within the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, especially in chemical product production and packaging.
• Ability to research, develop, and innovate new product ideas.
• Integrity and accountability: Must be able to monitor the production process closely and report honestly on product quality.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills: Ability to manage a production team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and research documentation.
• Strong communication skills: Able to defend the product in discussions with management, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in product packaging and overall presentation.
• Problem-solving skills: Able to quickly address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the handling and production of chemical products.
