Identify and engage corporate issuers and financial institutions that meet eligibility criteria for Commercial Paper issuance, with a view to onboarding them for listing on NGX.
Promote benefits of listing Commercial Papers on NGX to prospective issuers as a viable alternative to private placements, emphasising market visibility, liquidity, and regulatory transparency.
Work closely with other Product Management teams to provide market intelligence on ongoing product and service development.
Collaborate with Trading & Product team to ensure readiness for CP trading and resolve issuer or investor feedback that impacts product attractiveness.
Market and sell various products & services of The Nigerian Exchange to prospective and existing listed companies to increase listing value proposition.
Skill & Experience
HND / B.Sc. in in Business Admin, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or other related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years'' cognate client facing experience in Capital Market, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Commerce, Agricultural, Transport, Telecoms or Oil and Gas sectors.
Understanding of debt capital markets, especially short-term instruments such as Commercial Paper.
Experience in origination, structuring, or distribution of fixed income products (e.g., bonds, commercial papers).
MBA, professional and other post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Office suite to at least intermediate level.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
