Product Manager at WildFire B.S Ltd

Job Summary:

• As the Product Manager at Wildfire Business Solution Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Operations, Design, and Communications departments to create products that meet customer needs, and align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demands.
• Gather and prioritize clients’ requirements through market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with specifically the developers and Operation team to deliver a product that meets the needs of the market and customers.
• Manage the product lifecycle from start to finish, including post-launch performance analysis.
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement changes based on clients’ feedback and business goals.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive user-centered design processes with the UX team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and an eye for customer-centric design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
