    Product Manager

    Overview:

    You will be responsible for defining the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and meets customer needs. This role is responsible for managing the development and rollout of software products, ensuring that they meet customer specifications and company goals

    You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of software products, from conception to release and beyond.  In this role you will work closely with software engineers, marketing, sales, and support teams, and ultimately drive the product's success. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Defining the product vision and strategy.
    • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to define, develop, and launch products
    • Research customer needs and develop product requirements that meet those needs.
    • Gathering and prioritizing product requirements:
    • Develop and manage the development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
    • Monitor performance of software products in the market and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
    • Work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, sales, and support teams to ensure the product is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
    • Work with stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches
    • Track and report on product performance
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams:
    • Track key metrics, analyze user feedback, and use data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Drive product success

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
    • 10 years Proven experience as a software product manager
    • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
    • Able to use data and analytics to drive product development decisions
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with project management tools
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail

    Desired Skills and Traits

    • Strong understanding of software development processes - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, development tools, and coding languages is a Mandatory 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to clearly articulate the product vision, gather feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial. 
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills - Analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems. 
    • Business acumen - Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and business strategy.
    • Product Strategy - Ability to develop clear development plan for products to align with Company’s goals and market needs.
    • Road Mapping - Ability to create a road map for strategy deployment.
    • Requirements Gathering - Understanding of customers key requirements, and intelligence gathering from internal stakeholders.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Close collaboration with Development, Design, Marketing and Sales team to ensure successful product launch.
    • Prioritization - Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback and current market trends.
    • Release Management - Ensuring everything is in place before the product is released to the public. 
    • Metrics and Analysis - Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure how well the product is doing.
