Product Manager at Send Freight

The Role

• We are hiring a Product Manager to own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring SEND’s products solve real customer and operational problems while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and priorities for assigned product areas.
• Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, operations, sales, and leadership.
• Translate requirements into clear product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to plan, deliver, and iterate on features.
• Define success metrics and track product performance post-release.
• Identify product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support internal teams with product knowledge, rollouts, and enablement.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for product decisions and outcomes.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
• Sound product judgment and prioritisation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
