We are hiring a Product Manager to own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring SEND’s products solve real customer and operational problems while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and priorities for assigned product areas.
Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, operations, sales, and leadership.
Translate requirements into clear product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to plan, deliver, and iterate on features.
Define success metrics and track product performance post-release.
Identify product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support internal teams with product knowledge, rollouts, and enablement.
Act as the primary point of accountability for product decisions and outcomes.
Required Experience
7+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end.
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
Sound product judgment and prioritisation skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
