Job Summary

• Oversee development and performance of retail digital banking services including mobile app, internet banking, USSD, and digital wallets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature development across digital channels for retail customers.
• Monitor NPS and customer behavior to drive innovation.
• Interface with engineering and design teams for user-centered products.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations in service offerings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital banking, product ownership, or fintech.
• Experience in launching customer-facing financial products.
