We’re looking for a Product Manager (Mid–Senior Level) with strong experience building and scaling digital products—ideally within fintech or tech-enabled services.
You’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research and ideation to launch and iteration, working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and the Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on time.
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on feedback and metrics.
Communicate product vision, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
Champion user experience and ensure the customer remains at the center of everything.
Requirements:
2-4 years of product management experience in tech or fintech companies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven success managing complex products or platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
Familiarity with digital banking, payments, or financial products or blockchain is a major plus.
